The Sales Manager at Icepoint Cooling Pte Ltd leads sales efforts for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and refrigeration system projects, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic sales management and collaboration with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and refrigeration system installation and maintenance for commercial clients
- Manage sales activities targeting restaurants, kitchens, and other business premises to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align project execution with customer requirements and company standards
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead sales negotiations and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management
