Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager to support our growth initiatives, drive new business partnerships, and strengthen client engagement. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, negotiate deals, and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, corporate partnerships, and prospective client accounts to meet revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients, corporate stakeholders, and external partners.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to refine business strategy and pricing models.
Proposal & Pitch Preparation: Formulate tailored business proposals, pitches, presentations, and quotations; lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment on client commitments.
Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain sales pipeline records, and prepare regular performance reports and market insights for management.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, account management, or partnership development.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
