Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating sales activities to meet revenue targets in the F&B sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, wholesale, and partnership channels to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, cafes, restaurants, and retailers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to effectively communicate value to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by managing sales activities and pipeline efficiently
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and identify potential growth areas for strategic planning
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure and after-sales follow-up to maximize sales conversion
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM or tracking tools for effective sales management
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support business decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, or food manufacturing sectors
- Comfortable with travel to client sites within Singapore
