Administrative/Maintenance
- Renewal of contracts & tenancy agreement
- Monthly maintenance of buildings
- Renewal of insurance
- Purchase of miscellaneous items e.g. stationeries, grocery
- Other ad-hoc activities in related to day to day running of the company
ISO
- Review on electricity & water usage
- Update training records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
- Knowledge of inventory control and costing reports.
- Experience with accounting system migration,including transitioning from SAP to another accounting software.
