Key Account Specialist | Training Provided | West

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts and support account growth.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively identify potential growth opportunities, risks, and business needs.
- Support the continuation and expansion of existing customer programmes.
- Track and develop sales opportunities from initial enquiry through follow-up.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
- Work closely with engineering teams on product feasibility and technical discussions.
- Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic customer accounts.
- Coordinate activities across Fu Yu sites in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
- Monitor customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions.
- Maintain quotation records and assist with sales forecasting.
- Prepare account reports and support regular account reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and update internal systems.
- Assist with the preparation of customer presentations and account-related materials
- Sales performance and account growth
- Development of new business opportunities
- Customer account retention and expansion
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Sales-oriented candidates with a strong interest sales
