First 3 Months – Training
Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
After Training – Rotating 3 Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory activities.
- Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements and warehouse transactions .
- Conduct regular team briefings , allocate manpower and track team performance.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures, SOPs and operational standards .
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to warehouse team members.
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment, with proven Team Lead/Supervisory experience .
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management .
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a rotating shift environment .
