Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Headquarters and key customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Support the management and resolution of technical incidents affecting major customer accounts.
- Ensure smooth and professional communication between customers, APAC subsidiaries, and headquarters.
- Coordinate technical escalations and monitor corrective action plans.
- Contribute to the collection and reporting of field feedback, including product quality concerns, incidents, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
