Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Manage project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site reviews, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts, variation orders, claims, and commercial matters to ensure project profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management and construction operations.
- Represent the company in project meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
