Responsibilities
Lead Information Security Coordination and Ensure compliance with local regulations: including security awareness, policy compliance, and governance.
Monitor security controls, security risks, regulatory changes , and drive remediation and continuous improvement.
Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) , Disaster Recovery (DR), and Crisis Management programmes.
Manage BCM governance, MAS compliance, BCP Steering Committee, attestation reporting, and continuity exercises.
Coordinate internal/external audits , including ISO 9001 quality audits and audit remediation.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience, governance, and organizational readiness.
Lead and manage the team , driving team performance, KPIs, resource planning, and capability development.
Requirements
8 years of experience in Information Security Coordination, BCM, DR, Crisis Management , or Operational Resilience within financial services.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline; CBCM/CBCI/CBCP certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of Information Security , MAS regulations , BCM, BIA, DR, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership, people management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
