- To deliver age-appropriate lessons to children according to HQ Curriculum Framework
- To create and set up a safe, conducive and engaging environment
- To evaluate and document early years' progress development and address individual early years' developmental needs
- To work closely with Centre Manager on daily operational matters
- To adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official source
