Responsibilities
- Supervise andcoordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
- Plan and deploymanpower according to operational requirements.
- Assign dutiesand monitor staff attendance, performance, and work discipline.
- Ensure propercleaning and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, glassware, and kitchenequipment.
- Ensurestewarding and dishwashing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor theoperation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and equipment.
- Monitor stocklevels and usage of cleaning supplies, detergents, and consumables.
- Ensure properhandling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Train and guidestewards on hygiene, safety, cleaning procedures, and Company SOPs.
- Work closelywith Outlet Managers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and report manpower, equipment, hygiene, and operational issues to the Head of Department.
- Perform hands-onstewarding duties when necessary to support operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Relevant experience in stewarding, F&B,hospitality, or similar operations.
- Good leadership and team supervision skills.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and workplacesafety.
- Good manpower planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and managemultiple outlets/tasks.
- Hands-on, responsible, and proactive with a strongsense of cleanliness and safety.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
