Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Act as the exclusive primary liaison for designated strategic key clients, cultivate and sustain stable, long-term high-value cooperative partnerships.
Dig into clients’ core business objectives, bottlenecks across supply chain operations and customized logistics demands, jointly design targeted, cost-effective logistics solutions matching their operational needs.
Organize periodic account performance audits and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), track agreed KPI service standards and resolve existing issues timely to safeguard consistent client satisfaction.
Formulate and implement customized strategic account development roadmaps, tap incremental business potential to drive upsell & cross-sell of full-spectrum services including freight forwarding, warehousing, domestic distribution and customs brokerage.
Take full ownership of contract renewal, commercial pricing negotiation and rate formulation, lock in recurring revenue and continuously optimize gross profit margins.
Keep close track of industry dynamics and rival market moves, proactively scout, develop and convert high-potential enterprise customers to expand client portfolio.
Job Requirements & Education
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years solid hands-on experience in sales, business development or key account management within logistics & supply chain sector.
Prior experience handling accounts or projects within the facade, architectural, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
Candidates with a demonstrated portfolio of enterprise logistics clients or verificable key account relationships are advantageous
Outstanding interpersonal communication and negotiation competency; capable of delivering professional proposals and persuading corporate procurement executives to close deals.
Target-oriented with sharp commercial insight; consistent track record of hitting or outperforming annual sales & revenue quotas, skilled in sales funnel management and data-driven performance analysis.
Able to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines and complex logistics escalations effectively, adept at troubleshooting urgent deadlines and complicated logistics exceptions efficiently.
