Key Duties:
- Handle incoming calls, manage enquiries and provide accurate information
- Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
- Act as first point of contact for bookings while ensuring a positive customer experience
Key Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
