Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with centre’s curricula and policies
Design and create a safe, inclusive, engaging and stimulating classroom environment
Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress regularly
Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and use positive guidance strategies in managing behaviours
Perform daily caregiving tasks to ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene at all times
Collaborate and work with the team in carrying out responsibilities
Build and foster positive partnerships with families
Requirements:
Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education / Degree in Early Childhood Education
Certified by ECDA with L1 or L2
Able to work independently and in a team
Passionate in working with young children
Location : East / Changi
