Your Responsibilities: -
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshworks/Freshdesk, Servigistics, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and escalation to vendors or higher-level support when required.
- Support user account administration, access controls, permissions management, and application-related requests.
- Support business reporting and data analysis using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SQL, including data extraction, report generation, dashboard maintenance, and data validation.
- Gather and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications and testing scenarios, and coordinate UAT, user training, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate IT projects and application implementations with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, knowledge bases, and support records, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and operational efficiency.
You will need: -
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline.
- Min 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in enterprise IT application support
- Hands-on experience with Servigistics (Spare Parts Management and inventory planning), Freshdesk or similar ITSM/ticketing tools and SharePoint
