Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Sales

You will be responsible for promoting and selling:

• Website Development
• Digital Marketing Solutions

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotations and proposals using company templates.
• Following up with prospects and managing the sales pipeline until closure.
• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Working closely with the Marketing and Project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Submit weekly sales reports.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience .
• Experience in selling digital marketing, websites, SaaS, IT services, or professional services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
