Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Maintain full set of accounts, including fixed assets management.
Prepare and submit monthly management and financial reports within tight deadlines.
Handle GST quarterly reporting and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Liaise with tax agents to ensure timely corporate tax submissions.
Liaise with internal/ external auditors during financial/ MES audits.
Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.
With MNC background will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines
