Senior Fire Safety Manager (Must have SFSM Cert)

- Oversee fire safety and maintenance of firefighting facilities for the assigned property and plan fire emergency procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure fire safety measures are properly maintained.
- Submit the annual report to the Fire Safety Bureau (FSB) for fire certificate renewal.
- Perform monthly inspections and assist in developing a Fire Safety Management Programme.
- Support preventive maintenance of fire protection systems by vendors or agents.
- Ensure building occupancy does not exceed fire code capacity.
- Identify and report fire hazards within the property.
- Assist in compliance with fire safety requirements and emergency planning according to the Fire Safety Act.
- Prepare and implement a fire emergency plan and assist with fire drills as required by law.
- Train site staff to manage firefighting and evacuation during emergencies.
- Support the operation of the fire command centre during emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as required under the Fire Safety Act.
