Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to join our Supply Chain Management team, supporting Repair & Maintenance (R&M) procurement and sourcing activities across our semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- R&M Purchasing: Manage purchasing activities for Repair & Maintenance requirements across CMP, CVD, PVD, FUR, IMP, WET and ETCH modules.
- Module Collaboration: Collaborate with Modules to understand R&M requirements, specifications and demand.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, qualify and onboard new suppliers to ensure supply continuity and competitive pricing.
- Sourcing & RFQ: Conduct RFQs, RFPs, supplier benchmarking and commercial evaluations.
- Negotiation: Lead price negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable commercial terms.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and minimize dependency on single-source suppliers.
- Supply Continuity: Monitor supplier performance and proactively address potential supply and procurement risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Modules, Engineering, Finance, Quality and suppliers to ensure timely and effective R&M procurement.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, equipment or R&M procurement is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/Procurement systems experience is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
