Job Description

- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Office Hours (44hrs per week)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage contractual correspondence, ensuring claims notifications are submitted promptly in line with contractual timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule, monitor certification status, and follow up to secure timely payments.
- Compile and finalize project accounts, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and optimized for full entitlement.
- Issue work orders to subcontractors, process monthly progress payments, and manage the settlement of subcontractors’ final accounts.
- Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract provisions.
- Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification and detailed supporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in foundation works, preferably dealing with Reinforced Concrete (RC).
- Experience with main contractor / LTA projects is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documentation accurately.
