Responsibilities for Staff Nurse:
- Provide personalised nursing care based on the patient’s individual needs and care plan.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, health condition and overall well-being.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
- Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility and other activities of daily living.
- Communicate and collaborate with doctors, family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover of patient care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patient.
Qualifications for Staff Nurse:
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Relevant nursing experience in hospital, home care, private nursing or community care will be an advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient and responsible with a strong commitment to quality patient care.
- Able to work independently and adapt to the patient’s individual needs.
