Job Responsibilities
Offboarding Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other employee exits.
- Process employee separation transactions accurately within the required timelines.
- Prepare and manage separation-related documents, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documentation.
- Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
- Ensure employee records are updated accurately in HR systems.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding activities.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
HR Service Delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for offboarding-related enquiries.
- Provide timely, accurate and customer-focused HR support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant parties when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Administration.
- Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding will be an advantage.
