Facilities Executive / Manager

Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive / Manager to oversee the maintenance and technical operations of a food production and cold-storage facility.
- The role requires a hands-on individual with strong experience in factory M&E, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to lead a maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of the facility and equipment.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for refrigeration systems, factory M&E and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and implement repairs, modifications or improvement works where required.
- Coordinate servicing and repair works with contractors and equipment vendors.
- Manage maintenance schedules, service contracts, technical reports and related purchases.
- Oversee supporting equipment including forklifts and refrigerated vehicles.
- Support ISO 22000, HACCP, BizSAFE, fire safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with facility upgrading and technical projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
- Hands-on experience in industrial/factory maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, chiller and refrigeration systems.
- Experience with ammonia/Freon refrigeration or coldroom systems is preferred.
- Possess relevant BizSAFE certification.
- Able to understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a 5.5-day work week and perform standby duties when required.
