Training Executive

Duties:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, both onsite and virtual.
- Manage training schedules, participant attendance, and classroom or virtual session administration.
- Liaise with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
- Coordinate training venue bookings and logistical arrangements.
- Process participant registrations and maintain accurate training records.
- Set up and manage training sessions across various online platforms and internal systems.
- Prepare training materials and maintain learning resources for participants.
- Ensure training documentation complies with relevant guidelines and support audit requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including post-training documentation and reporting.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Education
- Prior 2 years of experience in training operations, program coordination, or a related role
