Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process orders through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, cleaning and general restaurant operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service operations.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills with a pleasant and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service will be an advantage.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
- Able to work at Sentosa and commit to a 5-day work week.
