- Registered WSHO under WSH
- At least 3 to 5 years post registration and practical experience relevant to LTA rail projects
- Experienced with railway project and workplace safety
- Good in communication skills and proven capacity to engage stakeholders
The Job
- Ensure compliance with WSH and subsidiary regulations
- EHS management system implementation and maintain the project safety management system
- Risk management, risk assessments, safe work procedures, safe work method statements, permit to work applications
- Site inspection & monitoring - conduct ad inspect regular workplace to identify unsafe conditions
- Conduct training and competency for project induction, toolbox briefings and safety awareness programmes
- Manage WSH committee administration, permit to work control, emergency preparedness and safety campaigns
