Production Planner (East, Manufacturing)
Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Develop production scheduling approaches to align manufacturing output with demand, capacity and operational targets.
- Establish monthly production and WIP plans to maintain appropriate inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
- Assess equipment and process capacity through time studies, material-flow analysis and evaluation of product/process characteristics.
- Identify opportunities to improve production flow, capacity utilisation, yield and cycle-time performance.
- Coordinate production plans for ingot growth and inter-site deliveries, adjusting schedules based on product mix, capacity and changing customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience with manufacturing logistics, production planning and material-flow processes.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product costing and capacity planning.
- Strong PC skills - Microsoft Excel and VBA, with knowledge of C++ and the ability to lead or coordinate teams.
