Work closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors to align building works with project objectives while managing schedules for timely execution. Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, oversee site operations, and ensure MEP systems are effectively integrated within the building structure. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce strict safety protocols during construction.
