Description
- Handle sales invoices and purchase contracts
- Coordinate import and export shipments, prepare and verify shipping documentation including BL, invoices and customs documentation
- Input all shipment information accurately and monitor shipment progress
- Handle any shipment related issues that might arise promptly to ensure smooth process without delay
- Maintain up-to-date trades records and shipping schedules
- Liaise with banks regarding financing and follow-up documentation
- Handle insurance coverage, including claims if any
- Handle any other Shipping related administrative duties
Requirements
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant Shippingexperience
