Job Summary
You will engage prospective clients through cold calling, schedule and confirm appointments with business directors, and consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule and arrange appointments with business directors to discuss financing solutions
- Follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure meetings occur as planned
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
- Demonstrate proactive and independent work habits to drive sales results
- Apply customer-oriented communication skills to engage and persuade potential clients effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related sales roles
- Proficiency in bilingual verbal communication to engage diverse clients
- Experience with telesales, telemarketing, and cold calling techniques
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer needs and business growth
- Ability to start work immediately
