Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Establish and manage BIM workflows across all project phases.
- Set up BIM projects and perform ongoing project administration.
- Lead clash detection, BIM coordination, and resolution on construction sites.
- Prepare and update coordinated Revit models and drawings.
- Produce 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate and timely data transfer.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in electrical or related
- Possession of a recognized BIM certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator and 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Revit Certified Specialist with working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in adopting BIM processes on large-scale construction projects from tender to completion is an added advantage.
