Our success is built ondeveloping talented insurance professionals, and we are looking for a motivatedRecruiter to help expand our team of financial advisers by attracting,identifying, and hiring qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract licensed and unlicensed insurance agent candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates.
- Schedule interviews with agency leadership.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with prospective candidates.

Requirements
- Singaporean/PR.
- Minimum Local Diploma qualification.
- Former insurance agents are welcome to apply.
- Experience in recruitment and proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
