Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Production & Manufacturing
- Position Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm; Sat: 8:00am to 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + OT Pay + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Understand CNC machining processes.
- Use Mastercam, Unigraphics CAM, and AutoCAD applications.
- Perform precision metal machining and fabrication.
- Produce machined components using conventional and CNC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out the required manufacturing processes.
- Operate multi-axis machines when required.
- Prepare and maintain process summary sheets.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant CNC machining or machinist experience.
- Basic knowledge of CNC lathe or milling machine operations.
- Experience operating horizontal milling machines is an advantage.
- Able to understand basic engineering drawings and measurement requirements.
