Job Description:
- Ensure proper management of medical records through scanning and accurate indexing for retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records
- Perform quality checks of scanned documents before uploading to electronic medical records.
- Perform data entry and clerical work in Medical Record Office and attend escalations
- Manage stakeholders' expectation during service delay/ disruption.
- Adhere strictly to the confidentiality & data protection obligations
