We’re looking for a Studio Admin who is organized, proactive, and people-oriented to oversee the daily operations of our dance studio. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating a positive environment for both staff and students, balancing administrative efficiency with a personal touch.
Job Summary
You will oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent service to staff, students, and parents while supporting event coordination and studio upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
- Manage administrative duties, studio logistics, registration processes, and schedule classes to optimize studio resources.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, enhancing satisfaction for parents and students.
- Collaborate with teachers and management to coordinate class arrangements, events, and performances.
- Oversee inventory management, supplier relations, and maintain studio facilities.
- Support back-end operations by managing data and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic math skills to accurately calculate fees and manage financial transactions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working in a creative, people-centred environment.
- Experience in arts or dance environments is a plus.
- Experience with OClass is a plus.
