Job Summary
Step into a dynamic Civil Engineering Coordinator role combining project planning with site execution, supporting infrastructure development through effective coordination and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Plan project schedules and manage resources to ensure smooth project progression and timely delivery
- Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to align project goals and expectations
- Prepare comprehensive reports to document project status and site activities
- Supervise daily site operations to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance
- Enforce safety standards on site to protect personnel and meet regulatory requirements
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress against plans
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and project developments
- Coordinate work schedules by aligning client requests with testing personnel availability
- Consolidate schedules to optimize resource use and meet project deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of construction practices, AutoCAD, and safety standards
