POSITION SUMMARY
Manage the e-commerce warehouse operations, by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce fulfilment operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of e-commerce orders.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
- Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and track key warehouse KPIs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support peak periods, campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant warehouse/e-commerce experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
