Job Description
- Plan, design and manage civil infrastructure and building-related works from concept to completion
- Prepare and coordinate BIM/CAD drawings for tender and construction
- Manage BIM documentation and digital filing systems
- Drive internal implementation of BIM and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives
- Lead and develop a team of BIM drafters and coordinators
- Prepare and manage e-submissions to relevant authorities
- Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders across project phases
- Integrate sustainability and green building considerations into design
- Interpret Geotechnical Investigation (GI) reports and apply findings into design development
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and sub-utility works (e.g., drainage, sewerage, underground services)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit
- Hands-on experience with BIM for infrastructure projects
- Familiar with e-submission systems and regulatory coordination in Singapore
- Experience with planning processes, Green Mark requirements and authority approvals
- Exposure to structural and/or geotechnical design principles
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve technical clashes
- Comfortable leading a small team and driving digital workflow improvements
