Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur services to the Chairman, including transportation between home, office, meetings and other appointments.
- Drive family members when required.
- Handle the collection and delivery of documents, parcels and other items as assigned.
- Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable and well-kept condition at all times.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
- Accommodate changes in the Chairman’s schedule and respond to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests when required.
- Assist with occasional administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling personal and work-related matters.
- Perform other driving-related duties as required.
Working Conditions
- Overtime may be required depending on the Chairman’s schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexibility is required to accommodate changes in schedule and urgent transport arrangements.
- Additional OT payable for hours worked beyond 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
