Job Summary
Join Team TENSHO to represent brands at events and campaigns, engage customers positively, and develop communication, marketing, and leadership skills in a supportive, fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent brands effectively at events, roadshows, and live campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Initiate and maintain positive interactions with customers to create memorable brand experiences
- Support outreach activities by assisting in customer engagement and event execution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and maintain a motivated work environment
- Apply communication, marketing, and leadership skills learned through training and practical experience
- Participate actively in workshops, team bonding activities, and travel opportunities to foster personal growth

- Demonstrate an outgoing and positive attitude to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Show willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
