- Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services
- Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care
- Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management
- Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately
- Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing
- Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff
- Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination
Requirements
- Min N / O level
- Min 2 years of Clinic assistant / PSA experience
- Able to commit 3 rotating shifts
