Online Sales Assistant/Executive

CT Investment Pte Ltd is a local company that sells elderly care products in Singapore. We mainly focus on adult incontinence products for the elderly segment.

We operate under the brand name BW Generation.

We sell adult diapers and other elderly products mainly through our online platform and we are looking to extend our online reach and embrace the new digital era. We are looking to hire a salesperson to host and sell our product through social media live stream.

Online Sales Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities

• To host and perform sales through live streams daily.
• To help source and organize roadshow for possible outdoor marketing if needed.
• Organise and participate in promotional events such as roadshows, sampling, and instore promotion activities to build brand awareness if any.
• Attend to online customers’ enquiries & resolve customers’ concerns.
• Attend to online sales enquiries, provide quotations and expedite order processing.
• Enhance customer rapport by delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform product demonstration/presentation and onboarding for new customers.

Requirement

• Willing and comfortable to appear on social media Live stream.
• Preferably with 2 or more years of past sales experience
• Also open to candidates with no sales experience as guidance and training will be provided.
• Experience in healthcare, the elderly industry and caregiving experience is an added advantage
• Homemakers looking to return to the workforce are also welcome to apply.
• Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
