Part-Time Personal Assistant / Events Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic and organised part-timer to support our team with day-to-day administrative work, coordination and events.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Support scheduling, data entry, filing and follow-ups
- Assist with calls, messages and simple coordination
- Help coordinate events, meetings and vendors
- Support event setup, registration and on-site logistics
- Assist with hosting, guest engagement and crowd coordination when required
- Prepare simple documents, presentations and spreadsheets
- Assist with Canva and other basic office tools
- Handle ad-hoc errands and tasks when needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with people
- Energetic and comfortable in an event environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-ups
- Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and Canva
- Available for occasional event support outside regular working hours
- No prior experience required — attitude and willingness to learn matter most
