Job Summary
You will warmly welcome customers, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, resolve customer enquiries, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to food safety standards in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to maintain service quality
- Address customer enquiries and resolve issues courteously to enhance guest experience
- Upsell and cross-sell menu items to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Process takeaway orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions
- Clean and sanitize dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Replenish and stock supplies to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards and procedures strictly to ensure compliance
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Food Safety & Hygiene certification by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) Level 1 (sponsored if selected)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine

- Location: 26 Liang Seah St, Singapore 210684
- Working hours: 5.5 days, 44 hours per week
- Shift 1: 11am - 3pm with 2 hours break, then 3pm - 11pm
- Shift 2: 5pm - 5am with 2 hours break
- Salary: $3000 - $3200
