LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
- Able to work in a non-aircon environment
- Able to travel to multiple sites
- Able to carry load up to 20-24Kg
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities:
. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient deployment of manpower resources.
. Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
. Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high standards of performance.
. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
. Monitor and manage workforce schedules, ensuring optimal utilization.
. Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain qualified manpower.
. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
. Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement.
