Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and people-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. The successful candidate will help create positive customer experiences, coordinate event activities, and represent the company professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing activities in dynamic environments, and taking initiative to ensure events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities
- Represent the company professionally at events and community activities
- Engage with attendees, visitors, and potential customers
- Introduce and explain company products, services, or campaigns
- Coordinate event setup, activities, materials, and logistics
- Ensure event schedules and activities run efficiently
- Support customer engagement and lead-generation initiatives
- Build positive relationships with attendees and members of the public
- Collect customer feedback and event insights
- Maintain accurate records of event activities and outcomes
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve future events and outreach activities
