Admin Assistant (Tuition Centre)

SMART LINK TUITION CENTRE
We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to support the daily operations of our tuition centre.
Job Scope:
- Prepare teachers' materials for lessons and photocopy students' worksheets
- Handle enquiries from parents (WhatsApp / phone)
- Assist with student registration
- Design simple poster using Canva when needed
Requirements:
- Bonus if able to help with social media posting
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (to liaise with chinese-speaking parents)
- Diploma or higher qualification
Working Hours:
1 to 3 days per week
Available working periods:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:30pm
The number of hours worked per day is flexible.
Flexible working hours based on mutual agreement
