Position: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Boon Lay
Salary: Up to $3,400 + $90 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + VB
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Petty Cash Claim listing for reimburse staff and worker's expenses by submit report to HR for salary pay out.
- Prepare Accounts Payable schedule and ensure the credit note or insurance claim is received.
- Prepare Singapore Customs GST payments information monthly for quarterly GST reporting.
- Pass data entry and journal for all reimbursement for employee's expenses claim from Accounts Payable model in D365.
- Perform 3-way matching for trade payable purchase
- Match vendor delivery order with invoice ensures correct receiving quantity and Purchase Price
- Inform Purchaser or Supplier if any dispute on Vendor invoices
- Review and pass purchase journal in D365
- Monitor unmatched product receipt and clear before monthly closing
- Data entry of Expenses into D365
- Photocopy Trade Invoices and third parties’ expenses invoices
- Issues Purchases Order for Fixed Assets and generate Fixed Assets code
- Conduct Yearly Fixed Assets sighting
- Conduct Yearly stock Count Exercise
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting role
