Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
- Monitor M&E activities on site and address coordination or installation-related matters.
- Guide site supervisors and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing M&E construction activities.
- Prepare method statements, progress reports and other project documentation required by consultants and project owners.
- Participate in meetings with consultants, project owners and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, M&E Coordination or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience handling M&E projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
