Project Sales Team Lead (Training Provided)

We are a Singapore-based sales & marketing agency delivering sales and marketing campaigns for Telco, Ed-Tech and Non-Profit sectors.
This role is suitable for early-career professionals who want to build strong communication foundations and progress into leadership, team management, and project management roles based on performance.
The role follows a structured growth pathway, starting with sales before moving into leadership responsibilities.
No prior experience is required.
Career Progression Path
Phase 1: Sales Foundation (Month 1)
- Learn sales fundamentals through 1-to-1 mentorship and live campaigns
- Execute sales and outreach campaigns across: Telcommunications services / Ed-tech programs / Non profit organisation
- Develop strong communication, presentation, and confidence.
Phase 2: Leadership & Coaching (Month 2 onwards – Performance-Based)
- Support and guide newer team members
- Conduct coaching and training sessions
- Take on leadership responsibilities within campaigns
Phase 3: Team & Project Management (Progression-Based)
- Manage small teams and oversee daily operations
- Support project planning, performance tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with senior leaders on campaign strategy and delivery
- Sales communication and persuasion skills
- Sales process and objection handling
- Coaching and people leadership fundamentals
- Team management and operational planning
- Campaign strategies execution and performance analysis
These are transferable skills relevant across sales, marketing, operations, and management roles.

Experience is a bonus, but not required.
Attitude, effort, and willingness to learn matter most.
